چکیده
The present work, aiming to exploit oleaginous fungi for biodiesel production. Ten fungal strains were isolated from two petroleum polluted soil samples and screened their abilities accumulate lipid. Lipid rich three species viz, Aspergillus terreus, niger flavus found be the highest lipid producers. Potential isolates identified at level by morphological (macroscopic microscopic) examination molecularly confirmed using 18S rRNA gene sequencing. Improvement of accumulation was performed optimization various parameters culture conditions. results reported clearly that suitable medium high production (38.33%) terreus as most potent producer, composed 50 g/L sucrose, 0.5 ammonium nitrate with initial pH 6.0, after seven days incubation in a static condition. promising have been selected fatty acids analysis gas chromatograph (GC) transesterification. Fatty acid methyl esters (FAME) profile indicated presence higher saturated fractions compared polyunsaturated acids. total concentration 107.98, 38.29, 37.48 mg/100g accumulated A. flavus, respectively. Gas chromatographic oleic (C18:1, 18.51%) abundant acid, followed stearic (C18:0, 15.91%) Myristic (C14:0, 14.64%), Therefore, has its potentiality feedstock producing manufacturing.

A high throughput screening (HTS) methodology for evaluation of cellular lipid content based on Nile red fluorescence reads using black background 96-wells test plates and a plate reader equipment allowed the rapid intracellular lipid estimation of strains from a Brazilian phylloplane yeast collection. A new oleaginous yeast, Meyerozyma guilliermondii BI281A, was selected, for which the gravime...
